Meet the Owner
My name is Adam Lively and I am proud of my long career in real estate in Greenville. I have always lived in SC and I moved to Greenville over 30 years ago to attend Furman University, where I graduated with a degree in Business. Later, I went on to earn a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of SC. My wife and I have been happily married for 20 years and we love calling the Upstate of SC our home!

After a successful career with a large corporation I decided to become a real estate agent in 2010. Over the years I have worked through different market conditions and I have stood the test of time. My wife and I are real estate investors as well. We flip homes and own and manage our own rental properties along with our clients' properties. My greatest joy is to help people sell or lease their homes for top dollar!
